Dybt Vand - originally a mini tv series in two parts. Available on region 2 DVD, edited into one movie, 2 hours, 36 minutes Niels Bern-Jensen is a good man - a happy family man with a promising career and a bright future. When the mayor gets sick, Niels - the vice mayor - takes on the responsibility. He soon realises that on that level of power, he can't avoid dirtying his hands - but all for a good cause. His actions set off a chain reaction with terrible consequenses. Niels desperately tries to gloss over the cracks, but that just increases the presure, and finally, the bubble bursts.

Ole Bornedal's wonderful and heartwarming TV series about the tough and arrogant Charlot and the naïve and cautious Charlotte, who 'embark' on an unusually eventful journey across Denmark. On their trip to Skagen on the top of Denmark they have many strange and existential experiences, meeting among others an angel, a mass-murderer, and religious fundamentalists. The movie has both scary and hilarious moments, and the trip through the luminous summer landscapes almost feels like a tourist promotion movie. Naturally, the trip through Denmark is also a personal voyage for the two Charlots, who both learn from each other, and sort out their messy lives.
The series won the prestigious Prix Italia for Best European TV Series.

On the tape, Kalle's dad encourages him to complete a task he didn't mangage to complete himself: finding the stolen magical waterwheel from the Sudan, called the "Corsican Bishop".
